This product can be customised with your initials on the right chest and/or your surname on the rear. Please note that customised products will be shipped to the Squadron where they are customised, and must be collected from there, rather than sent directly.
Care Instructions
Machine wash the sweatshirt at 30°C. Do not bleach or dry clean. For drying, tumble dry on a low heat or air dry for the best results. Iron the sweatshirt on a low setting, but avoid ironing directly over the embroidered logos. To maintain the fabric's appearance, wash it with similar colors.

All of our items are made to order, and we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
For customized clothing, items will be sent to the Squadron for customization and will be available for collection there once ready. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, usually 2-3 weeks after purchase.
Products from the 'Arkwright's Collection' are available for collection from Squadron only. These in-stock items will be ready for collection at the next parade night, and you’ll receive a notification once they are ready.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund if unused and in original condition. Customized items are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
