To maintain the quality of your Squadron Padded Jacket, machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Avoid using bleach, fabric softener, or tumble drying, as these can affect the jacket’s performance and fabric. Hang to dry naturally, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, to preserve the padding and overall structure. For best results, close all zippers before washing.

All of our items are made to order, and we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping.
For customized clothing, items will be sent to the Squadron for customization and will be available for collection there once ready. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, usually 2-3 weeks after purchase.
Products from the 'Arkwright's Collection' are available for collection from Squadron only. These in-stock items will be ready for collection at the next parade night, and you’ll receive a notification once they are ready.
